Our Heritage Pork Tenderloin is rubbed with Chef Josh's Miami Spice Blend and then seared to bring out the essential oils.

The tenderloin is finished with Josh's special marinade which contains soy. 

The meat will be delivered medium.

Slice and add cold to a salad or sandwich, or simply heat and eat!
