Our Premium Angus Filet Mignon is rubbed with Chef Josh's Herb Salt, and then seared to bring out the essential oils.

The steak is finished with Josh's special marinade that contains soy. 

The filet will be delivered medium-rare.

Slice and add cold to a salad or sandwich, or simply heat and eat!
