Chef Josh Wahler

Raised in Livingston, New Jersey, Chef Josh Wahler graduated from the prestigious Arts Institute of NYC where he graduated first in his class. Early in his career, Chef Wahler worked in elite kitchens such as Danny Meyer's Gramercy Tavern and Jean-Georges's Spice Market in NYC. He then worked for Nobu in its Miami, Los Angeles and New York kitchens. Chef Wahler was the executive chef of Milos at its Miami restaurant and assisted with operations for all North American Milos establishments. Before starting Wahler & Sons, Chef Wahler worked as executive chef at Michael Schwartz's Fi'lia at the SLS Brickell.
